Refunds

No refunds are given for any payments regardless of the situation. We are unable to refund any payments made. Once orders are received we begin working immediately on design and decor needed to execute the request. The first payment saves your date and goes toward balance owed (if any) for materials, labor and delivery. 

Written notification is required to inform MYA of cancellation/rescheduling of an installation. Cancellation/ Rescheduling may result in any/all of the following:

• The forfeiture of any payments already made

• The release of event date and time

• Termination of the contract

• Rebooking fee

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Rescheduling 

The Client may reschedule the installation with a written 7 (seven) day notice. The Client may reschedule ONCE without being charged a rebooking fee. The Client may reschedule for any date within the next 365 calendar days, subject to MYA availability, without being charged a rebooking fee. The rebooking fee is $100.00. If we are unavailable, the below cancellation policies and fees will apply. 

Cancellations

The Client may cancel at any time with a 7 (seven) day written notice. If cancellation notice is not received with in 7(seven) days of installation, future booking may be rejected. Please be aware, any and all payments made towards any of the following, including but not limited to; retainer fee, materials, supplies, labor, etc. will be forfeited and considered non-refundable.
